Conditions générales d'inscription – Règlement intérieur

Article 1 – Acceptation du règlement : L'inscription ou la réinscription d'un apprenant vaut acceptation pleine et entière du présent règlement ainsi que de ses futures mises à jour communiquées par l'établissement.

Article 2 – Informations administratives : Les parents déclarent l'exactitude des informations communiquées lors de l'inscription, s'engagent à signaler sans délai toute modification et à fournir les pièces requises, notamment un extrait d'acte de naissance de l'apprenant, deux photographies d'identité récentes ainsi qu'une copie de la carte nationale d'identité de chacun des parents ou représentants légaux.

Article 3 – Santé de l'apprenant : Les parents sont tenus de signaler toute information médicale susceptible d'avoir une incidence sur la sécurité ou l'encadrement de leur enfant (allergies, asthme, épilepsie, diabète, traitement médical, etc.). Emerald Academy ne pourra être tenue responsable des conséquences résultant d'une information non communiquée.

Article 4 – Paiement et remboursement : Les frais d'inscription sont définitivement acquis à l'établissement. Les livres et supports pédagogiques ne sont plus remboursables dès leur remise. Les frais de scolarité ne peuvent être remboursés qu'avant la première séance. Dès le début des cours, aucun remboursement n'est accordé, y compris en cas d'arrêt volontaire de la formation.

Article 5 – Présence et assiduité : La présence régulière est obligatoire. Toute absence est signalée aux parents. Les séances manquées ne sont ni reportées ni récupérées. Au-delà de quatre absences durant l'année, Emerald Academy ne peut garantir l'atteinte des objectifs pédagogiques de l'apprenant.

Article 6 – Retards : Les retards doivent rester exceptionnels. Les retards répétés peuvent faire l'objet d'un avertissement. Les parents sont tenus de respecter les horaires de dépôt et de récupération de leur enfant.

Article 7 – Dépôt et récupération des apprenants : La responsabilité d'Emerald Academy débute à l'entrée de l'enfant dans les locaux et prend fin lorsqu'il est remis à ses parents, à une personne autorisée ou lorsqu'une autorisation permet son départ seul. Un retard de récupération supérieur à trente minutes pourra entraîner une intervention de l'administration.

Article 8 – Discipline : Le respect des enseignants, du personnel, des autres apprenants, des locaux et du matériel est obligatoire. Toute violence, harcèlement, insulte, dégradation, perturbation ou comportement incompatible avec les valeurs de l'établissement pourra entraîner une exclusion temporaire ou définitive, sans remboursement.

Article 9 – Matériel et objets personnels : Les objets personnels, téléphones, montres connectées, objets de valeur ou tout matériel non demandé par l'établissement sont interdits. Emerald Academy décline toute responsabilité en cas de perte, de vol ou de détérioration d'effets personnels. Toute dégradation volontaire du matériel pourra donner lieu à une demande de participation financière des responsables légaux.

Article 10 – Accès des parents : Les salles de cours sont exclusivement réservées aux apprenants et au personnel. Les parents ne sont pas autorisés à assister aux cours ni à intervenir directement auprès des enseignants. Toute demande ou réclamation doit être adressée exclusivement à l'administration.

Article 11 – Communication, image et activités : Les parents autorisent Emerald Academy à utiliser les photographies ou vidéos réalisées dans le cadre des activités pédagogiques, compétitions, cérémonies ou événements à des fins éducatives ou de communication de l'établissement. Les sorties ou activités particulières pourront nécessiter une autorisation complémentaire.

Article 12 – Responsabilité de l'établissement : Emerald Academy s'engage à assurer le volume horaire annoncé. Toute séance annulée par l'établissement sera reprogrammée, sauf cas de force majeure. L'établissement se réserve le droit d'adapter l'organisation pédagogique, les horaires, les groupes, les enseignants ou les méthodes d'enseignement lorsque l'intérêt pédagogique ou les contraintes de fonctionnement l'exigent.

Article 13 – Dispositions finales : Pour toute situation non prévue par le présent règlement, la Direction d'Emerald Academy demeure seule compétente pour prendre les décisions nécessaires dans l'intérêt des apprenants et du bon fonctionnement de l'établissement.
